This also might atract cats which will help repel mice as well. Why kill when we can repel with non-toxic means.</description>

They can migrate from the composter into homes, and, amongst other problems, can cause fires by chewing electric wiring.  When you see a rat, stop composting, trap/kill the rat, before starting to add more food waste.</description>
