I saved it and collected from farmers at the market for the video-Duh!
*I keep leftovers in dishes-I needed to show the food quickly

Well you get an A+ for composting kitchen food scraps. However most of the foodstuff you threw away would actually be good in the compost heap. Lucky for us the bacteria, fungus and worms that break down our waste mitigate the preservatives and crap we put in our food. Having said that if you wouldn’t put it in your soil why would you put it in your body? Most food scraps work best in a food scrap digester and you can usually keep the rodents out with a big brick on top. Happy Composting!
