turning methods?

They are less expensive, more natural and far safer. 

Bokashi composting - if not done just right - will lead to a real health hazard.

Also, if you&#039;re buring partially decomposted (rotting) food scraps, I would suggest placing bricks over the dump-site in your garden plot - this will keep out any pests.
