where can i get a food composter that does not require a garden to dispose of the compost?
other than an in-sink garbage disposal, I have no idea… but in my area people will buy compost.. use a regular composter, and about a week before the compost is done, put an ad in the paper..

Put up adverts selling cheap compost.

There are a few worm bins out there you could use if you have a small area outside. The little bokashi unit can be used indoors (also known as the kitchen caddy). Although I dont know what you'd do with the compost it makes. Give it someone with a garden?

What do you intend to do with the compost after you've created it?
A composter makes compost. You then need to use the compost for some composting purpose ie growing things in a garden.
No garden means no compost

Bin it. It will finish up in landfill where it will return to Mother Nature in the fullness of time.

I can't help but I have an idea.
there must be a few people in your area, that make their own compost….why don't you offer to save your peelings, etc for them. Put an advert out in your local shop or something. I know if I saw such an advert, I would be round like a shot.
